Service Agreements
Lake Premier Cleaning & Care provides cleaning and care services tailored to your needs. By booking our services, you agree to the scope of work outlined during scheduling. Any changes or additional services must be requested in advance and may result in an adjusted rate.
Scheduling & Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the property. If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment may be subject to cancellation fees (see Section 6: Cancellations).
Customized Cleaning Plans
We understand every home, rental, or business is unique. Our services can be tailored to your specific needs. Please communicate your preferences and priorities in writing prior to service so our team can meet your expectations.
Vacation Rental Services & Linens
For vacation rentals, we can manage linens by laundering and preparing your existing linens or providing fresh linens upon request. It is the client’s responsibility to specify which option is preferred before services begin.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards. Any returned checks or failed payments will incur a $35 fee.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Any cancellation or reschedule made within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a 50% missed-appointment fee. This policy does not apply to short-term rental clients.
Health & Safety
For the safety of our team, we request that all pets are secured during cleaning appointments and that hazardous areas are reported in advance. If unsafe conditions are encountered, our team reserves the right to refuse service.
Damage & Liability
Our team treats every property with the highest level of care. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, please notify us within 24 hours. Lake Premier Cleaning & Care is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that were improperly installed or secured.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must disclose any special cleaning needs, fragile surfaces, or high-value items prior to service. We are not responsible for damage to items left in unsafe conditions (e.g., loose shelves, unsecured electronics, or valuable heirlooms).
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue at no additional cost.
Policy Updates
Lake Premier Cleaning & Care reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available upon request or on our website.
